Each order at Hvnly Citizen is prepared by a small team whose hands work not for hurry, but for Heaven. We don’t operate from a warehouse, but from a quiet space where prayer and purpose guide each step. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. In fuller seasons, it may take 4–7. We pause on weekends and holy days, trusting that rest is worship too.

Shipping estimates will appear at checkout and depend on the method you choose. Media Mail can take 2–4 weeks, while FedEx Express typically delivers in 1–3 business days. Once your package leaves our care, it’s in the hands of the carrier.

Because of the nature of what we offer—and the heart behind why—we do not accept returns or exchanges. Therefore, all sales are final.

We are a small, mission-led shop. Each item is prayerfully prepared, handled with care, and offered as a tool for your walk with God. Many of our products—like Bibles, devotionals, and journals—are deeply personal once opened. We do not resell returned items, believing they should be received as sacred.
